Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet which correspond to organs, glands and reflexes in other parts of the body. By pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body. Swedish Massage
The original massage technique involving a sequence of movements working superficially and deeper into the tissue layers to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
A restorative massage providing deep relaxation for the body, mind and spirit. Specific points of the body are stimulated using warm salt stones to unblock areas of congestion and balance your energy, providing a state of total wellbeing.
Ultimate Back Treatment
A luxurious, therapeutic back treatment using paraffin wax for deep heat and comfort. A soothing massage using Swedish massage techniques and warm stones is given to the back and backs of the legs before a refreshing cooling gel completes your experience.
Eye Reviver
An instantly revitalising eye treatment using gentle massage techniques, jade rollers and Elemis eye masks to smooth, firm and hydrate the delicate eye area. Puffiness and dark shadows are reduced, firming and brightening the eye area.
Pamper your hands and feet with our luxurious OPI manicures and pedicures at Long Ashes Pure Spa. Using professional OPI products, our treatments are designed to nourish, shape and perfect, leaving nails beautifully polished and long-lasting.
LVL is the revolutionary lash treatment that creates masses of length, volume and lift with your own natural lashes. No mascara. No extensions. No maintenance. It’s a great alternative to lash extensions and the perfect way to enhance what you already have. This treatment will create the look of longer, fuller lashes.

Our spa therapists have been trained by the Amethyst Trust to provide a more inclusive range of safe, effective, therapeutic treatments suitable for anyone currently undergoing or in recovery from cancer treatment.
You will receive a consultation to discuss your specific requirements and our spa therapists will modify your treatment to avoid treated and lymph node removal areas. Please do note that Deep Tissue Massage and firm pressure are not suitable for guests with a history of cancer.
Our team will always encourage you to contact your GP and/or your Oncologist if you are currently undergoing treatment to ensure that there aren’t any extra considerations your spa therapist needs to be aware of to adapt your treatment or spa day accordingly.
